Who is responsible for your data

The controller of your personal data is Among Digital. For any privacy question or request, email hello@amongdigital.xyz.

What we collect

When you send the contact form: your first and last name, company email address, project or company name, Telegram handle (optional), the service you’re interested in, your message, and the address of the page you sent the form from.

When you email us: your email address and whatever you include in the message.

When you visit the website: our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the site and keep it secure. The Turnstile bot check on the contact form processes similar technical data to tell people from bots.

We don’t use advertising trackers, and we don’t buy or sell personal data.

Why we use it and our legal basis

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
• To follow up on an enquiry and manage our client relationships: our legitimate interest in running our business (Article 6(1)(f)).
• To protect the website and the contact form from spam and abuse: our legitimate interest in keeping our services secure (Article 6(1)(f)).

We don’t add you to a newsletter or marketing list. If we ever want to, we’ll ask for your consent first.

Who processes your data for us

We use a small number of service providers, each bound by a data processing agreement:

• Vercel Inc.: Hosts the website and processes the technical data your browser sends when you visit it.
• HubSpot, Inc.: Our CRM. Enquiries from the contact form are stored in our HubSpot account (EU data centre).
• Cloudflare, Inc.: Runs our domain name system, forwards email sent to our address, and provides Turnstile, the bot check on the contact form.
• Google LLC: Email sent to our address is forwarded to and answered from a Google (Gmail) inbox.

We may also share data if the law requires it. We don’t share your data with anyone else without telling you first.

Transfers outside the EU

Some of these providers are based in the United States or may access data from there. Where that happens, the transfer is protected by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don’t become a project: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
• Clients: for the duration of our work together and afterwards as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Technical data: kept by our hosting and security providers for a short period, in line with their own retention settings.

Cookies

We don’t use cookies for analytics or advertising. The Turnstile bot check on the contact form may store strictly necessary data in your browser so it can work. If we add website analytics, we’ll update this policy first.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access the personal data we hold about you and get a copy of it;
• have inaccurate data corrected;
• have your data deleted;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive your data in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email hello@amongdigital.xyz. We’ll reply within one month. You can also complain to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work, or where you think a problem occurred.

Changes to this policy
